1. Introduction

By accessing or using balochtrader.store (or any of our affiliated domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This website is operated by Baloch Trader. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Baloch Trader.

2. Accuracy of Information

Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our mobile accessories and fashion listings. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or technical specifications (e.g., USB-C/PD compatibility) are 100% error-free.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Timeline: While we aim for fast shipping, delivery dates are estimates. Baloch Trader is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Baloch Trader are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Technical Compatibility (Mobile Accessories)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the accessories (cables, chargers, etc.) purchased are compatible with their specific device.
Baloch Trader is not responsible for damage to your device caused by improper use or the use of incompatible hardware.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
