Refund policy

At Baloch Trader, your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges: We offer free exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

  • Refunds: For all other returns, we provide Store Credit (valid for 1 month) once the item is inspected. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is found to be faulty.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.

  • Perishable goods or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

5. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
