Refund policy
At Baloch Trader, your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. The 7-Day Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

Refunds: For all other returns, we provide Store Credit (valid for 1 month) once the item is inspected. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is found to be faulty.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.

Perishable goods or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
