Shipping policy

We strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days.

  • Processing Time: All orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/Holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 250.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over Rs. 5000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the correct amount is ready when the rider arrives. For high-value orders, we may request a small partial advance payment via JazzCash or EasyPaisa to confirm the order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner's website (PostX, TCS, Leopards, or Trax).

5. Inspecting Your Package

Please do not accept the flyer if it appears tampered with or opened. We recommend making a brief video while opening your parcel to help resolve any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
